The Pune skyline is changing as the metro line paves its way through the city’s landscapes. ‘Under the Metro’ will see architects and urban designers from Pune and France put their minds together to explore the utility of a new found urban space that has opened up below the metro viaducts.
Faculty members from Aayojan School of Architecture and Design will also showcase ideas conceived by their students during a workshop with Pratik Devi, architect and co-founder of Prakriya Studio. The workshop which took place in February 2020 had students ideate activities that could take place under Pune’s metro one day.
What do you think the metro will do for the urban and social landscapes of Pune? Whether you’re a student, a professional, an academic, or simply Puneker, join us for an interactive session on Friday, 11 December at 6 pm IST.
