The Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) is a comprehensive 5-year course that develops an Architect Aspirant into a socially responsible, technically capable, and design oriented professional Architect.

FEE STRUCTURE         

The fee as notified by the Director Technical Education & Govt. of Rajasthan are as under:

1. Rs. 1,50,000.00 Per Year

2. Rs. 3,000.00 RTU Development Fee (One Time)

3. Rs. 7,500.00 one time Caution Money (Refundable)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The eligibility criteria for admission to 1st Year of 5-year B.Arch. Degree Course for the academic session 2024-2025, as a one time measure, as under:

(1)  No candidate shall be admitted to B.Arch. course unless she/ he has passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with atlease 50 per cent aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics and also at least 50 per cent marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examinaton.

OR

Passed 10+3 Diploma examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50 per cent marks in aggregate.

(2)  The candidate needs to qualify an Aptitude Test in Architecture conducted by the Council of Architecture complying with the Admission Norms prescribed in Appendix-D of COA (Minimum Standards of Architectural Education) Regulations, 2023.
